Terms Of Agreement

Terms and Agreement for Submission to DJ Tru Live Show By submitting your music to the DJ Tru Live Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1- Email Communication,

You agree to receive emails/phone reminders from DJ Tru regarding your submission, show updates, promotional materials, and other relevant communications. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

2- Music Usage and Performance,

You grant permission for your submitted song or video to be played on the DJ Tru Live Show, including live broadcasts, replays, podcasts, promotional snippets, and any other platforms associated with the show. This permission is granted for an indefinite period unless otherwise revoked in writing by mutual agreement.

3- Ownership and Copyright,

You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the music you are submitting and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the usage rights outlined in this agreement. You further warrant that there are no copyright issues or intellectual property disputes related to the submitted music that would prevent its legal use by DJ Tru Live Show. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJ Tru Live Show from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of this warranty.

You understand and agree that by submitting your music and agreeing to these terms, you will not receive any monetary compensation or royalties for the playing of your song on the DJ Tru Live Show. The opportunity to have your music featured on the show is considered sufficient consideration. For paid submissions, all payments are non-refundable. Once a submission is processed and payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

5- Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability,

DJ Tru Live Show reserves the right to determine the suitability of any submitted music for broadcast and may choose not to play any song at its sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee airtime. DJ Tru Live Show is not responsible or liable for any issues related to streaming broadcasts, including but not limited to, poor connection quality, internet service interruptions, technical glitches, or any other problems that may occur during a live stream or broadcast, which could affect the playing or sound quality of your submitted music. You acknowledge that such issues are beyond the control of DJ Tru Live Show, and your submission is made with this understanding.
